The West Custer County Library, SAG and Mt. Carmel are offering a free Watercolor art class for Veterans and their Adult Family members. Local artist Julie Hutslar will teach the class. Beginners are welcome to sign up. All supplies will be provided for the attendees at no cost. Please register for the class or call 719-783-9138 for assistance with registration. The class will be held at the 3rd St. Gallery, 59000 N. Highway 69, Westcliffe, 1st floor. Handicap access is available.
