DESCRIPTION:The West Custer County Library\, SAG and Mt. Carmel are offerin
 g a free Watercolor art class for Veterans and their Adult Family members.
   Local artist Julie Hutslar will teach the class.  Beginners are welcom
 e to sign up.  All supplies will be provided for the attendees at no cost
 .  Please register for the class or call 719-783-9138 for assistance with
  registration.  The class will be held at the 3rd St. Gallery\, 59000 N. 
 Highway 69\, Westcliffe\, 1st floor.  Handicap access is available.
