The Upper Arkansas Area Agency on Aging will teach five grief workshops at the West Custer County Library. The fourth workshop in the grief series is “Who decided that? Dispelling myths around grieving.” Grief is a universal human experience. Each of us experiences grief in our own way. There is no right or wrong way to process grief. The one hour workshops will include a 30-minute presentation followed by a Q & A session. Please feel free to attend one or all of the workshops, the events are free. Registration is recommended.
