Learn how to needle felt an owl on Thursday, October 13th at 9:30 a.m. at the West Custer County Library’s Community Room. Library staff member Mindy Kenyon and local resident Teri Stover will teach attendees how to make a needle felted owl. Prior needle felting experience is recommended this is not a beginner workshop. All supplies are included for participants.
