Library to Host “From Grief to Gratitude” Support Group

The Central Colorado Area Agency on Aging will host a five-week focused grief support group beginning Tuesday, September 23^rd through October 21^st beginning at 10 a.m. at the West Custer County Library.

It may be years after the loss of your loved one and you may still feel stuck with grief. You are in a club you never intended to join. This program will help you move from being stuck to finding gratitude and renewed purpose. The one-hour sessions are interactive and require participation.

You must register in advance for this series. Due to the progression of the program, drop-ins will not be accepted.  Her are the topics for the five sessions:

• 23^rd Giving Yourself Permission to Grieve
• 30^th Remembering to Honor the Life and Legacy
• 7^th Incorporating New Traditions into Old Traditions
• 14^th Embracing Meaning and Purpose Going Forward
• 21^st Finding Gratitude in the Gift of Now
