Thanks to a grant from the Mt. Carmel Veteran Service Center, the VSO, SAG, and the Library are partnering to offer free art classes to Veterans. The first art class will be Watercolors taught by local artist Julie Hutslar. The class will be held at SAG’s 3rd St. Gallery, 59000 N. Highway 69, Westcliffe, located on the 1st floor with handicap access.
Julie has taught art from kindergarten through college and loves helping people find their unique creative voice without criticism, only encouragement! She has been an artist and watercolorist for most of her life, she loves the shadows and light in nature as much as in humans and thrives on bringing out the best in others!
