At the next “Envision Good Health” wellness event visitors will be treated to stress management events on: nutrition, yoga demonstrations, an herbalist talk, massages, a cooking demonstration, manual therapy detox, and meditation. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Pines Ranch for the first “Envision Good Health” nutrition event and made it a success. The goal of the wellness events is to empower people to improve their health and wellness. Rosi and the Pines Ranch staff envision a network of local producers that will propel the Westcliffe community to become the “Wellness Center of the Rockies.” Holistic wellness is the driving force behind these events which are free and open to the public. The Pines Ranch serves as the host, Rosi Blasius is the event organizer and the West Custer County Library is a sponsor of the “Envision Good Health” wellness events.
