The Pines Ranch, the West Custer County Library, and Rosi Blasius are hosting a series of wellness events at the Pines Ranch in 2024. The first event is centered around nutrition and is being held at the Pines Ranch. The goal of these events is to empower people to improve their health and wellness. The Pines Ranch has been known as a place to restore health and well-being since the early 1900’s and that purpose continues to this day. Visitors will be treated to cooking demonstrations, conversations with a registered dietitian to test their nutritional knowledge, and an informational mini-farmer’s market. The idea is to provide the community with a network of local healthy resources. The long term goal of these events is for the Custer County Community to be known as the ” Wellness Center of the Rockies ” with holistic wellness in mind. This event is free and open to the public.
