The West Custer County Library, in collaboration with the Sangres Art Guild, is offering the 55+ Custer County community a free “basic”, mentor- led art experience. Artist Julie Hutsler will lead “Watercolor Basics”. This class is meant to inspire attendees to learn about watercolors as a medium, no painting experience is necessary. All materials are provided by the Sangres Art Guild. Please register for the class or call the Library at (719) 783-9138. The workshop will be held on the first floor of the 3rd Street Gallery, 59000 N Hwy 69 from 10AM till noon.
