Local resident Louise Hanley will host an “Introduction to Sign Language” in the West Custer County Library Community Room. Louise is hard of hearing and would like to continue learning and practicing American Sign Language (ASL) with other interested parties. She plans to cover finger spelling, basic signs and the many resources available to those interested in learning ASL. Louise is hearing impaired and uses sign language daily. Learn to bridge the gap between the hearing and deaf worlds by communicating through Sign Language.
