Claudia Morris will share her knowledge of the culture and heritage of the Wet Mountain Valley in a 3-part series. The first part of the series is “Native Heritage and the History of the Valley.” The goal of the series is:
*To understand our relationship to the natural life that sustains us
* To gain an appreciation for the habitats that host the harvest
* To learn how to use the natural life around us to sustain a healthy life based on knowledge gained from our indigenous ancestors.
All three presentations will be held at the All Aboard Facility at 110 Rosita Ave. Westcliffe, Colorado beginning at 10 a.m. Save the dates, Tuesday March 19th, and Tuesday March 26th for the remainder of the series.
