  workshop on "Why Emotional Intelligence is Essential."  Emotional intell

 hers\, as as the capacity to motivate oneself and manage emotions effectiv
 ely.  It is not a trait you're born with\; rather\, it consists of skills
  that can be cultivated over time.  Learn the key components of emotional
  intelligence.  Participants are welcome to bring a lunch.
