 of the myriad factors that contribute to Obesity\, today focusing on certa
 in foods and medications that affect appetite\, and finally\, share some h
 ealthy lifestyle tips and steps you can take to improve your health now.\n
 \nThis is Darcy’s third class at the WCCL. She previously spoke about pr
 ediabetes and brain health. Darcy is a Registered Dietitian and also has a
  certificate of training in Obesity and weight management. Darcy lives and
  works locally and enjoys teaching wellness classes here\, at Altitude Fit
 ness\, and at Pines Ranch wellness fairs! In her (limited!) spare time\, s
 he enjoys cooking\, baking\, and yoga.
