DESCRIPTION:Aging doesn't have to mean aging alone. As we grow older indepe
 ndent living can become more challenging.  Neighbors Helping Neighbors is
  a community-based\, volunteer-driven program that connects local resident
 s with trusted neighbors to lend a hand - offering  help\, companionship\
 , and community right here in the Wet Mountain Valley.  The goal is of th
 e group is to provide services that help members remain independent\, acti
 ve\, socially connected while living in their homes and community as long 
 as possible.  The session will be led by Cheryl Yankoff of the Central Co
