Envision Good Health presents free Physical Fitness Events both indoors and out for adults and children. The public is invited to the Pines Ranch on Saturday, July 13th from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. for a fun day of free physical fitness events. There will be kid’s activities, booths, demonstrations of high protein cooking, an outdoor cafe, and more.
