DESCRIPTION:Thanks to a generous grant from Mt. Carmel\, the West Custer Co
 unty Library\, and the Sangre Art Guild are partnering with Mt. Carmel to 
 offer a free acrylics art class for veterans and their spouses. The class 
 will be taught by local artist Danica Lee.  Registration is required.  T
